Liverpool | Street Pavement & Railing Works
Works involved the lifting of all pavement around the building, compliance with DDA regulations and the installation of a DDA-compliant pavement railing too. We were involved in traffic management, Section 50 application and building control of the works. The bank branch remained open and all works had to be done out of hours and weekends only. The project was completed in December 2018.
Newbury | Natwest Building Rennovations (2018)
This was a commercial contract. Works included the repair of existing roof, fire exit improvements and repairs, repairing/renewing 26 windows, replacing over 160m2 of suspended ceilings, replacement of 160m2 of flooring, internal/external decorations and stone repairs to front facade. Start Date: 09/08/2013 | Location: Marsh Green Omurca Ltd removed existing kitchen, tilling and supplied new kitchen, splash back tilling including alterations to existing electrics.
